At Bundlez by Jay, we strive to ensure every customer falls in love with their units and bundles. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a mistake on our behalf.

If we have made an error with your order, we will immediately correct it at no additional cost. However, aside from such cases, no refunds or exchanges will be granted.

To be eligible for a correction, the hair must be unused, unopened, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging. Any hair that has been altered in any way will not be accepted.
